With a few exceptions, we always produce our kits in such a way that balsa parts remain in the base boards with webs for protection. They can be removed with "finger pressure". Plywoods, on the other hand, are supplied completely cut out. Small components and base boards are always shrink-wrapped in foil tubes in our packaging department.
In this way, no parts are lost and we can be sure that components will not warp due to moisture on their way to the customer. In the case of larger plywood components, these are packed in bundles "against each other" to avoid warping as much as possible. Components of these sizes are packed in protective foils. All construction kits are provided with a production label in QS and packed with great attention to detail.
